September 3, 2020

There’s nothing better than hearing it from our members. The Hub50House reviews are in!

“The views are jaw-dropping.”

“I love living at Hub50House.”

“The staff, amenities, location, and perks are all unparalleled.”

These are just a few ways residents at Hub50House describe their homes. We can spend all day telling you why you should live here, but we suspect you’d rather hear from those who know us best: our members. Cue the Hub50House reviews!

The Hub50House reviews are adding up — and they tell a first-rate story.

So, what do our residents — or members, as we call them around here — say about Hub50House? Since the grand opening last fall, they have shared their thoughts on Google, Facebook, and Apartments.com — and we are excited to report stellar ratings.

Here’s what John had to say about living in our brand-new, shimmering tower, soaring 40 stories above The Hub on Causeway: “Needless to say, the views are jaw-dropping. But, what’s more, the appointments, finishes, quality, and overall attention to detail in the construction and layout of the apartments are first-class and flawless. … The building is brand-new, and state-of-the art, with no cutting-edge luxury detail overlooked.”

And, here’s one from Kellie: “We love Hub50House!! Our apartment is beautiful with amazing views of both the water and the Zakim Bridge. … The staff and concierge are always so friendly and helpful! The location is prime for easy access to the Garden for games or concerts I highly recommend Hub50House!”

Location — it has everything to love

Kellie is not the only one to mention the location in her Hub50House review. And we get it — what’s not to love? Steps from TD Garden and North Station, next door to Banners Kitchen & Tap and Guy Fieri’s Tequila Cocina, and adjacent to a flagship Star Market, it’s a vibrant, happening place to live.

Leticia, who says she’s about to renew her lease, loves all the new restaurants and the convenience of a supermarket on the same block: “The location is fantastic. … There are so many new restaurants next to H50H building, like Banners or the new food hall [Hub Hall includes 18 food and drink options!] that is set to open soon. Having a new supermarket right outside the building is great because it makes grocery shopping that much easier… There are so many wonderful things about living here.”

Lindsey is just as happy: “I’ve loved living at Hub50House the past few months! The location is perfect being right next to North Station and so many restaurants.”

Staff — always goes above and beyond

Not to toot our own horn, but our staff is really the best in the business. You seem to think so, too. In fact, Josh is such a fan of our team that, “I would never live at another building if it wasn’t Bozzuto.”

Alison, who was one of our first residents, loves the amenities and her apartment. But, “more than anything else, we have been so impressed by the staff. The management team is very accommodating, the maintenance team is quick to fix any issue, and the concierge team goes above and beyond.”

And, there’s more.

“I’ve lived in two other luxury buildings in Boston, and this is by far my favorite,” writes Clarisa. “The management, concierge, and maintenance [team] are extremely friendly and attentive.”

We do aim to please, after all.

Amenities — like no other

Clarisa also mentions that her “senior pup,” who’s no fan of long walks or cold weather, has taken a liking to the Woof Deck, an indoor/outdoor covered space for furry friends. Emily goes as far as calling the Woof Deck “life changing.”

To our delight, our two-legged residents also have plenty of spaces to enjoy (over 20,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor amenity spaces, to be exact). From Hub15, our suite of amenities on the 15th floor, to the Sky Pool and adjoining Club Rooms on Level 38, this is a community like no other.

Lily notes in her Hub50House review how pleased she is to have so many options for her work-from-home routine: “I’ve been WFH (and will be for a long time), and it’s been nice to get out of my apartment and work in the amenity spaces and on the terrace.”

The level-15 terrace — or Skyline Deck, as we call it — is a very popular spot for working, grilling, and Instagramming. But our residents also appreciate the variety of thoughtful spaces. As Leticia points out: “There are so many great spots for everyone to use. I love the fact that they have quiet spaces where I can study or relax. The gym is a big bonus because the views and equipment are great.”

John sums up life at Hub50House nicely: “Boston’s highest rooftop pool, adjacent chef’s kitchen and event spaces, numerous lounges and entertainment rooms, rooftop outdoor lounge and grilling space are just a few of the amenities offered and available to all residents… The living experience is unparalleled anywhere in the world.”
