Take some time during your weekend to do something good! Help participate in cleaning up your local park! Be a part of the solution to the trash pollution problem! Come on out and be a member of the Moakley Park Cleanup! 

Join Boston Harbor Now and the Boston Parks and Recreation Department at Moakley Park to give back to your community and enjoy the beauty of this waterfront park. 

This event takes place every fourth Saturday through October, rain or shine. 

All necessary tools will be provided. Including gloves, pickers, bags, sharp containers, and safety instructions. 

A volunteer session is two hours long, beginning at 9 am. Participants will be picking up litter and natural debris. Everything needed to keep the participants safe will be provided to them. The only thing that is required to bring is a positive attitude! 

Participants are recommended to bring water and are welcome to bring snacks, as well. Additionally, it is recommended to wear clothing that can get wet or dirty. Possibly hats, jackets, raincoats, or sunscreen, as well. 

At Moakley Park Field House, 450 Old Colony Ave, Boston, MA 02127 please meet at the picnic tables by the basketball courts.
